SHIPPING POLICY

About shipping:
1. Worldwide Shipping. (Except some countries)
2. Orders are processed after payment verification.
3. Your order address must match your shipping address. Preferably use the address as exact as possible.
4. The images shown are not the actual item and are for your reference only.
5. Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, especially during the holiday season or due to the current COVID 19 Pandemic.
6. If you have not received your shipment within the period, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
7. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for expedited delivery.
8. We as sellers are not in charge of the import duty or corresponding payment in Customs, because Customs work differently in the Countries. The buyer is responsible for that. Any dispute caused by this is unreasonable and we will not be able to do anything to resolve that.
9. On the part of the Buyer, you must provide all the data correctly and without errors that appear in the Return and Refund section specifically paragraph 4 and 5 respectively.
