SHIPPING POLICY
About shipping:
1. Worldwide Shipping. (Except some countries)
2. Orders are processed after payment verification.
3. Shipments in Gran Canaria are generally made from Monday to Friday between 10am-6pm.
• Orders for La Aldea de San Nicolás will be delivered to a previously agreed location in Mogán.
• Shipments between the Canary Islands take approximately 2-5 business days.
4. For shipments outside the Canary Islands of eligible products:
• You may have to pay additional costs (customs management) for shipping to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, and any other place outside the Canary Islands which will be charged once the package reaches the destination. Packages always go through customs for inspection. Any customs expenses arising from an order will always be borne by the customer and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay these expenses for purchases made outside the Canary Islands.
• If your package is detained by customs and in the event that you do not pick up your order and it is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the amount less the shipping and logistics costs and those generated with the return.
• Shipments to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla usually take approximately 2 to 10 business days. There may also be additional delays beyond our control due to customs, post office, etc.
• For security reasons, shipments are not made to Freight Forwarder companies or freight agents or to mailbox addresses.
5. Your order address must match your shipping address. Preferably use the address as exact as possible.
6. The images shown are not the actual item and are for your reference only.
7. Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, especially during the holiday season or due to the Current COVID 19 Pandemic.
8. If you have not received your shipment within the period, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a response. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
9. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
10. We as sellers are not in charge of the import duty or corresponding payment at Customs, because Customs work differently in Countries. The buyer is responsible for that. Any dispute caused by this is unreasonable and we will not be able to do anything to resolve it.
11. On the part of the Buyer, he must provide all the data correctly and without errors that appear in the Return and Refund section specifically paragraphs 4 and 5 respectively.
