All our products leave our facilities within 24-72 business hours after verifying correct payment for the product. Deliveries in Gran Canaria are carried out by our staff. We also make shipments to Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro. This service includes an additional cost depending on the weight of the Item, which will be calculated automatically in the payment gateway. We ship to the Peninsula, the costs for this service vary depending on the weight of the items and the amount is calculated automatically on the payment screen. Later you will be assigned a shipping code, so that you can always track your package and thus have greater peace of mind.

Free shipping ONLY within the island of Gran Canaria for purchases over 30 euros, if this is not exceeded there will be a surcharge of 2.99 euros for shipping. The delivery of the purchase will be made to the address you indicate.

• Home deliveries within Gran Canaria are always made on working days, from 10 am to 5 pm.
• Orders for La Aldea de San Nicolás will be delivered to a previously agreed location in Mogán.
• Shipments between the Canary Islands take approximately 3-5 business days.

For shipments outside the Canary Islands of eligible products:

• You may have to pay additional costs (customs) for shipping to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, which will be charged once the package reaches the destination. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay these expenses (any custom duties and/or applicable taxes corresponding to each destination).
• Shipments to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla usually take approximately 7 to 10 business days. There may also be additional delays beyond our control due to customs, post office, etc.
• For security reasons, shipments are not made to Freight Forwarder companies or freight forwarders or to mailbox addresses.
