For BELCANDO MASTERCRAFT, we only process fresh meat and do not use pre-dried meat flour, which is used even for the highest quality dry food. This enables us to achieve a preparation that was previously considered impossible. With our particularly gentle Fresh Meat technology, fresh meat is processed directly into kibble. This allows us to skip the preliminary drying phases, and the ingredients used remain fresh until just before processing. This is the only way to ensure that the kibble retains the full flavour of meat. The uniform protein and fat content allows for a change of flavours at any time and without any problems.

For us, responsible nutrition is inseparable from freshness, naturalness and balance, which are key to improving a dog's quality of life. That's why, together with our nutritionists, we have adopted a holistic approach when developing BELCANDO MASTERCRAFT recipes.

We use high-quality, minimally processed raw materials, without losing any of the natural components that are sources of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

First place is naturally occupied by fresh meat, the “bulk” of our recipes.

However, dogs do not live on meat alone. We have therefore put great care into the selection of our plant-based ingredients, such as amaranth, broad beans and peas. We selectively supplement these key nutrients with ingredients that round out the nutrient profile of the product – and some of them contain ingredients that promote vitality and well-being in dogs.

The result – the fruit of holistic philosophy – is a dog food that goes beyond the sum of its individual ingredients.
